Engagements for design and development work are governed by their own separate written agreements; nothing on this website constitutes an offer to contract.

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, logos, graphics, and the Bristol-Jones Group name — is the property of Bristol-Jones Group, LLC or its licensors. You may view and reference the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use without the firm’s prior written consent is not permitted.
Client deliverables produced during paid engagements are assigned to or licensed to the client under the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.
6. Third-party services and links
The website is operated using third-party infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare for hosting and DNS, and SendGrid for outbound email). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The website may reference, but does not endorse, content, products, or services of third parties.
7. Applications built by the firm
Applications designed and built by Bristol-Jones Group for clients are distributed under the publishing identity specified in the relevant engagement agreement — typically the client’s Apple Developer Program account or Google Play Console account. Where Bristol-Jones Group itself is the publisher of record, the application’s store listing and in-app documentation will identify it as such.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bristol-Jones Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, regarding this website and its content. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
